Parks Highway 0 with Bearfoot
ROAD THROUGH WILDERNESS The Denali Highway runs from east to west across the high al- pine wilderness of Alaska. Driving the road ta kes more than a few hours, owing to the often "washboard" nature of the road. Traveling at speeds of around 20-30 miles per hour is safest. There is easy viewing of many roadside lakes and streams.
